How much does it cost?

Each service has its own price range in baht, and all of them are listed under Services and prices on our homepage.

Does the haircut price include a wash and blow dry?

Yes. The price of a haircut includes a wash and a blow dry, styled.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in cash or by scanning our QR code.

When are you open?

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00; closed on Wednesday and Sunday.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We answer in English and Thai.

How does booking work?

You can book online on Fresha or by phone: 063 616 0853. You can also reach us on WhatsApp, at the same number, and on LINE, where our ID is wedohair.

Do you need an appointment, or can you walk in?

You are welcome to walk in. We highly recommend booking an appointment if you want to be sure of being served.

What happens if you arrive late?

Being a little late is fine. If you are very late, about an hour, the appointment is missed.

How long do the services take?

• Women’s haircutUsually about an hour, if your hair is not especially thick, long or thin. Some take one and a half to two hours; it depends on the style.
• Men’s haircut30 minutes to an hour, depending on the style.
• Wash & blow dry30 minutes to an hour.
• Hair colourOne and a half to three hours, depending on the colour and how difficult the shade is.
• HighlightsOne and a half to two hours.
• BabylightsFour to six hours.
• BalayageThree to six hours.
• Hair straighteningThree to six hours.

How long does the hair spa take?

The hair spa comes in three levels, and we recommend one to suit your hair.

• Conditioning spaIf you just want shine and your hair is not very dry or damaged: one to one and a half hours, including wash and blow dry.
• Bond treatmentIn two steps, for hair that is dry or damaged from colour or other chemicals: one to one and a half hours, including wash and blow dry.
• Five-step treatmentFor very dry or damaged hair, when you want deep care: one and a half to two hours, depending on the length and thickness of your hair.

What happens if you are not happy with the result?

After every service we ask how you like it. If you are not happy, tell your stylist and we can fix it the same day. If you come back later because you are not happy, we fix it and talk with you to understand why.
